Catholic Bishops Oppose Senate HealthScare

The Conference of Catholic Bishops has come out in opposition to the Reid/Obama Senate version of the HealthScare Plan because it still allows for abortion at federal tax payer expense. Democrat Socialist Senator Ben Nelson of Nebraska argued that he would not support HealthScare unless it had strict restrictions against tax payer funded abortion. Oddly, the House version of HealthScare actually has the stricter anti-abortion provision known at the Stupak amendment that is missing in the Senate version. In any case, Senator Ben Nelson was supposedly very concerned about the plight of the unborn until Democrat Socialist Majority Leader Senator Harry Reid of Nevada bribed him into voting for cloture by giving him hundreds of millions of dollars of pork into perpetuity for the state of Nebraska at the expense of all other states and taxpayers. This is just plain disgusting.

It is obvious that Senator Ben Nelson of Nebraska is a liar and a hypocrite hoping that bringing home the bacon will assure his re-election. Well guess what Senator Nelson, you are now a target for defeat the next time you run for re-election in Nebraska as we will donate monies from all over the United States to send you back to the farm. We are not about to forget Nelson's duplicity. And Senator Nelson, when you meet your maker, you can explain why you traded the lives of the innocent unborn for a few pieces of silver; just like Judas who betrayed Jesus Christ. We all know the end of that story for Judas as he hung himself from a tree in shame and has been known for his evil deed ever since throughout history. And, so too will Nelson be known for betraying the innocent unborn.

Many Catholic Bishops have informed Catholic politicians that if they vote to support abortion murder, they cannot receive Holy Communion in a Roman Catholic Church. This should have happened years ago since more than 20 million babies have suffered abortion murder since Roe V. Wade became the law of the land in 1971; but better late than never. Ironically, as the law of unintended consequences kicks in, Social Security is bankrupt because these 20 million babies would have grown up to pay into the Social Security system in order to support the 70 million Baby Boomers that are now retiring; but that's another story. Most important, any Roman Catholic that sees a left wing Democrat Socialist in church who votes for abortion murder should stand between that Democrat Socialist and the Chalice because it is our duty to protect the lives of the unborn. Democrat Socialists that vote for abortion, like the Kennedy's, John Kerry, Nancy Pelosi and many others should not be welcome in a Catholic Church because abortion is a mortal sin. There has to be a price to pay on earth for this immoral injustice in addition to God's punishment on judgment day.

The Obama/Reid/Pelosi HealthScare Plan is a monstrosity and the largest expansion of government intrusion into our lives since the New Deal. This new entitlement will contribute to the bankruptcy of the United States. Any one that believe there will be any cost savings from this monstrosity is smoking Medical Marijuana, which I guess happens quite a bit with Democrat Socialists. We have got to take back our country in 2010 and 2012 and repeal HealthScare as the first order of business. We do need common sense reforms related to Health Care; but not more government bureaucrats attempting to run our lives. Our Founding Fathers fought a revolution to get rid of a tyrannical King. We need to fight an election revolution to get rid of these Democrat Socialists and the sooner the better.
