Kyle Rittenhouse - All About Self Defense & The Second Amendment

Do Gooder, Kyle Rittenhouse, who was 17 years old at the time decided that he was going to go to Kenosha, Wisconsin last summer with his AR - 15 rifle to help defend the city from Antifa and BLM Terrorists that were rioting, looting and burning down the city and businesses.  First, what was this kid thinking; but this is what happens when civil society breaks down and law enforcement fails to protect a city.  People take the law into their own hands.

In any case, once on Kenosha's streets, Rittenhouse was attacked by a vicious mob who beat him  him in the head with a skate board, kicked him, pointed a loaded gun at him and attempted to take his gun.  Facing this peril to his life, after trying to get away from his attackers, Rittenhouse did what he had to do to protect himself from this brutal attack.  Ultimately, Rittenhouse used his gun to kill two of his attackers and wound a third to stop the violence against him.  Rittenhouse then turned himself in to the police claiming self defense.  The police did not arrest him at that time.

But that was not the end of the story.  In a politically motivated case, the local prosecutor filed murder charges against Kyle Rittenhouse.  The judge hearing the case has admonished the prosecutor for his over reach.  Based on testimony, it is likely the Kyle Rittenhouse will be acquitted.  It could be that he is guilty of owning a gun at his age assuming that is a violation of the law in Illinois, where he lived just across the state line or Wisconsin.  And, maybe taking that gun across state lines.  Now it appears that the judge will not allow lesser charges so these things are off the table.  Of course, the National Socialist Fascists and Fake News are ignoring the evidence demanding a guilty murder verdict, which given the circumstances is absurd.

This trial is really about the right of self defense and the Second Amendment.  This kid should not have been on the streets of Kenosha in the middle of a violent riot, but that said once he was there, he definitely had the right to defend himself against a violent attack.  Cities across the country are preparing for more rioting, looting and burning down of their cities in the event Rittenhouse is acquitted.  Given the testimony, Kyle Rittenhouse is not guilty of murder charges.  Mob justice cannot be allowed to prevail.
