Violating Students and Employees Constitutional Rights

Woke School Districts, government agencies and large companies implementing Critical Race Theory Marxist, racist, revisionist fake history that results in White Shaming and or pushing the LGBTQIA agenda that requires anyone to reveal their sexual orientation are violating the rights of students and employees.  It is time for class action lawsuits to stop this all from happening.  

The 14th Amendment to the US Constitution enacted after the Civil War to protect the rights of freed slaves actually includes the equal protection and privacy clauses that guarantee the rights of all peoples of all colors including White people.  There are other provisions in the Constitution and the law that protect against discrimination related to sexual orientation so the gender screening that is happening must stop.  

It is only a matter of time before aggrieved students and employees join together to file class action lawsuits to stop the discrimination and abuse that is happening in public school districts and even some private schools, government agencies and large companies.  In doing many of these things, organizations are creating a hostile work environment, which is also actionable.  The National Socialist Fascists aided by Big Tech and Fake News continue to over reach in their drive to push their left wing authoritarian agenda.  A sleeping giant has been awakened as we saw in recent elections across the country.  People are standing up and saying ENOUGH and though elections will help turn the tide, it is also going to take lawsuits and potential monetary penalties imposed by the courts to stop the totalitarian actions taking place in violation of people's constitutional rights.  These cases will go all the way to the Supreme Court and will be just as important as Brown Versus  Board of Education of Topeka specific to public schools.  

The good news is that the Constitution is clear related to civil rights.  Various provisions and Amendments are there to stop the discrimination and violation of privacy that is occurring in the name of left wing ideology and wokeness.   The half the country that voted for President Trump is mad as hell and we are not going to take it anymore.  We will come together at the ballot box and in the courts to stop the PC BS happening all over the country.  This is a battle that must be won to insure our freedoms.  This fight has just begun.
