Red State Alliance To Stop Socialist Fascists (AKA Democrats) From Destroying Our Country

The Governors and Attorney Generals of the Red States must form an alliance to stop the Socialist Fascists (AKA Democrats) from destroying our country and way of life.  The 10th Amendment of the Constitution states:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Our Founding Fathers fully recognized that powers resided in the States and with the people because they feared a tyrannical central government.  And, boy were they right.  It is now time to exercise that power by going to court often to stop the usurpation of our rights by the Socialist Fascists (AKA Democrats) and the federal government that are a clear and present danger to our freedoms and way of life.  

Feckless Joe Biden is using Executive Orders to go around Congress.  The Student Loan Forgiveness Program recently struck down by a federal court is just the latest example.  The President, any President does not have the authority to spend $500 Billion without Congressional Approval.  The Paris Climate Accord is a Treaty that should require ratification by two thirds of the Senate.  It never happened.  Obama - Biden violated our Constitution by embroiling the United States in that Treaty without Congressional approval.  It will cost the American people trillions of dollars without Congressional Approval.  Red States need to sue on behalf of their residents to stop all of this. 

Further, Biden has refused to enforce our Immigration Laws that are making every state a border state.  Red State Attorney Generals must sue to force Biden to secure the border.  There are so many issues that require litigation.  Red State Governors and Attorney Generals should be meeting regularly to discuss strategy and legal battles that must be fought to stop Socialist Fascists (AKA Democrats) from destroying our country and way of life.  The alternative is the dissolution of the United States.  We are heading in that direction if Red States don't take action NOW.
