Obama's HealthScare Plan - Trick or Treat

For those companies that must deal with annual renewal of health care medical insurance like mine, this is the time of the year that we start to look at potential insurance premium cost for next year. I learned recently that we can expect to see premium increases of between 20 - 40% in 2011 because of Obama's HealthScare Plan. Wait a minute, I thought our medical insurance premiums were supposed to go down as a result of Obama Care. It is Halloween already? Is this the Trick or the Treat that came from Obama's big lie?

President Obama promised us that HealthScare would result in lower costs just like he promised us that his SwindleUS Plan would create jobs. Neither has happened. For months, I along with many others in and out of government have been saying that Obama's HealthScare scheme would result in much higher insurance premiums from all, rationing of care and cuts to Medicare benefits for senior citizens. HealthScare contains $500 Billion in Medicare cuts in addition to about $500 billion in new taxes.

To be clear, Obama's HealthScare Plan has nothing to do with health care. This is just another redistribution of income Socialist Scheme. The President and the Socialists who control Congress should at least be honest about it. The Medicare Advantage HMO program for seniors, including my mom, which they love and need, will be eliminated altogether in the next few years for 22 million senior citizens. And more and more doctors are refusing to take regular Medicare because of low government reimbursements. So where are these seniors supposed to go for medical care? They will need to call President Obama. Maybe he can get them in to see his doctor.

It appears that the first shoe has fallen. In the next few months, as a company President and business owner, I will be faced with some very tough decisions related to our medical insurance. Currently, we pay 70% of the premium for our employee and their families and the employee pays 30%. It currently cost about $14,000 a year to insure a family of four with reasonably good coverage. The fact is that we simply cannot absorb a 20 - 40% increase in our medical insurance premiums in this Obama poor economy, as we face higher taxes too. We will either have to cut all benefits substantially, or require our employees to pay a higher share of the premium, which will amount to a pay cut for them thanks to President Obama. Thank you President Obama, Senator Dirty Harry Reid and Speaker Pelosi who rammed HealthScare through the Congress against the will of the American people.

Recently, nearly 75% of the voters in the state of Missouri voted, in a ballot initiative, to reject Obama's HealthScare scheme. This should be no surprise since the majority of Americans oppose HealthScare. And, 20 states are suing Obama to stop HealthScare from happening. We are actually at the beginning of a Civil War with the states rejecting Obama on every front including his failure to secure our border. The good news is that the federal judge in Virginia reviewing the case against HealthScare is allowing it to go forward on Constitutional ground.

We don't want it! We don't want it! We don't want it! How loud and how many times must we shout we don't want Obama's government controlled HealthScare Plan for these Socialist politicians to get the message. President Obama and the Socialists who control Congress are simply deaf, dumb and blind. They refuse to accept that the majority of the American people are opposed to all of Obama's Socialist Schemes. In November, we will have to send them all a clear message by sweeping these Socialists out of office and taking back the Congress to begin the end of the Obama Presidency. And, then in 2012 we must take the next step by making President Obama a one term failed President; just like Jimmy Carter.

Obama's HealthScare Plan, which must be repealed and replaced with real health care reform that brings down cost is just one of many reasons that we must elect Conservatives in 2010 and 2012 who support free market capitalism, limited government, lower taxes and less regulation, a balanced budget, term limits to help end corruption in Washington, real energy independence and health care reform, a strong national defense including securing our border and fighting Terrorism, the right to bear arms, the sanctity of life and family values. This is the winning platform supported by the majority of the American people and the only way we will see economic growth and job creation.

We must sweep these Socialists out of office in 2010 and 2012 by electing Conservatives who support the Constitution, as written by our Founding Fathers, not as contrived by the left wing media, Socialists Obama, Reid, Pelosi, former Presidents, Congresses, or the Courts. We must take back our country. We can do it. We must do it to preserve our freedom, our nation and for the sake of our children and grandchildren.
