Economic Recovery Is Not Happening

Jobless unemployment claims rose last week by 19,000 to the highest level since last April to 479,000. Americans on food stamps are at the highest level ever at 40.8 million people. The US Department of Agriculture estimates that those people on food stamps will grow to 43.4 million Americans in 2011. Socialists are now saying that we should get used to "structural" employment of 10% or more in the "New Normal". And, quarterly Gross Domestic Product (GDP) continues falling, which indicates that the economy is not growing.

What is wrong with this picture? Clearly, the economic recovery is not happening. And if President Obama and the Socialists who control Congress continue to raise taxes and add more regulations on business, we will see a double dip recession and even more unemployment and deficit spending that is bankrupting our country.

When is President Obama going to admit that his trillion dollar SwindleUS Plan has been a complete failure? 3 million Americans have lost their jobs since Obama was sworn in as President. In the mean time, cheer leader Christina Romer, Obama's Head of the Council of Economic Advisers has quit. Romer, as an Economist, is leaving a sinking ship because she knows that Obama's Socialist Schemes to raise taxes and redistribute income will cause even more job losses and economic recession.

President Obama and his Socialist team do not understand Economic 101. The only way to grow the economy and create jobs is to lower taxes, cut regulations and negotiate free trade agreements to stimulate exports. Obama is doing just the opposite. Obama's HealthScare Plan has added $500 billion in new taxes. Obama plans to let the Bush Tax cuts expire at the end of 2010 for those making $200,000 or more if single and $250,000 or more if married. This will include many small businesses that employ 70% of Americans and these tax increases will result in job losses.

And, while other countries are negotiating free trade agreements, Obama is prevented from doing so by the unions in the US that oppose free trade. The unions contribute millions to Socialist campaigns. Whose bread you eat, whose song you sing. Obama is owned lock, stock and barrel by the big unions in the US and it is killing our nation.

It's about Jobs stupid!! We must take back our country in 2010 and 2012 to create jobs by electing Conservatives who support free market capitalism, limited government, lower taxes and less regulation, a balanced budget, term limits, real energy independence and health care reform, a strong national defense, including securing our border and fighting Terrorism, the right to bear arms, the sanctity of life and family values. This is the winning platform supported by the American people and the only way to create economic growth and jobs.

We must take back our country in 2010 and 2012 by electing Conservatives who support the Constitution, as written by our Founding Fathers, not as contrived by the left wing media, Socialists Obama, Reid, Pelosi, former Presidents, Congresses, or the Courts. President Obama and the Socialists who control Congress have made a mess of our economy. We must sweep these Socialists out of office in 2010 and 2012. We can do it. We must do it to preserve our freedom, our nation and for the sake of our children and grandchildren.
