Federal Income Taxes - Fraud, Corruption & Tyranny

The 16th Amendment to the US Constitution ratified on February 3, 1913 says "The Congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration." Isn't it funny that the income tax was authorized by so few word, when it took more than 2,000 pages of regulations to deal with Obama's HealthScare Plan or Financial Reform Plan. Oh well, it must be word inflation.

It is no accident that the 16th Amendment was enacted when Socialist President Woodrow Wilson was the President of the United States. This Amendment was a license to steal, which first resulted in confiscation of a small percentage of personal and corporate income to what it will be when the Bush tax cuts expire on December 31, 2010; 39.6% for federal personal income taxes and 35% for corporate income taxes. Of course, this does not include Capital Gains taxes that will grow from 15% to 21%, taxes on Dividends that will grow from 15% to 39.6% and the Estate Death Tax that will grow from 0 to more than 50% as of January 1, 2011 unless Congress takes action to extend the Bush Tax Cuts. These tax increases will be the biggest in American history.

Prior to the enactment of the 16th Amendment, the federal government derived its tax revenues from various tariffs on imported goods and from other fees. After the enactment of the income tax, we have seen rates go as high as 90%, which were lowered by President's Kennedy, Reagan and Bush II to where they are today. Most important, politicians of both parties have used the $2.3 Trillion collected in federal taxes this year and since the enactment of the 16th Amendment to buy elections with pork barrel spending. And, by the way, $2.3 Trillion is not all. President Obama and the Socialists who control Congress spent an additional $1.6 Trillion in 2010 by borrowing from the Chinese and other foreigners to take care of their PEEP's, adding to our $13 Trillion national debt that is growing by the minute.

There is no doubt that the Federal income tax has led to Fraud, Corruption and Tyranny. We have sent money to Washington and our elected representatives have often squandered it, so much so that the United States is bankrupt today. The United States is $13 Trillion in debt and growing, on the books, and another $100 Trillion or more, off the books, for Social Security, Medicare and government pension liabilities. The money is just not there to cover all this debt. And, no matter how much we pay in federal income taxes, it will never be enough because our elected representatives have proven that they cannot be trusted to manage our money.

Clearly, we need a Constitutional Amendment requiring a balanced budget because Socialist politicians in particular, but the same can be said for most politicians, will always spend more than the government takes in. History is our teacher and it is not a pretty story. We need to starve the beast by cutting federal income taxes.

What is the point of sending more money to Washington that corrupt politicians and special interests use to line their pockets while sending just some of our money back to us in the form of pork barrel spending, Obama's SwindleUS Plan I, II and now III that have all failed to create jobs. We need to keep more of our money in our pockets and at the local and state level to fund services that we approve, not new entitlement programs that are bankrupting our nation. This is just common sense rather than redistribution of income, which is the real purpose of the federal income tax as enacted by Socialists.

And, Federal Taxes pay for a huge Federal bureaucracy and crazy regulations designed to limit our freedoms. In essence, we give these crooks and characters our money to make our lives miserable. This is tyranny not democracy. Does that make any sense?

We have got to take back our country in 2010 and 2012 by sweeping these Socialists out of office and electing Conservatives who support free market capitalism, limited government, lower taxes and less regulation, a balanced budget Constitutional Amendment, term limits to help end corruption, a strong national defense, including securing our border and fighting Terrorism, real energy independence and health care reform, the right to bear arms, the sanctity of life and family values. This is the winning platform supported by the majority of the American people and the only way to economic growth and job creation.

Most important, we must elect Conservatives in 2010 and 2012 who support the Constitution, as written by our Founding Fathers, which excluded an income tax, not as contrived by the left wing media, Socialists Obama, Reid, Pelosi, Wilson, Roosevelt, other former Presidents, Congresses, or the Courts. We must take back our country in 2010 and 2012. We can do it. We must do it to preserve our freedoms, our nation, our way of life and for the sake of our children and grandchildren.
