Securing the Border, Deficit Spending & National Security

Socialist President Obama is sending 1,200 National Guard Troops to our Southern Border so he can say he is doing something to secure the border. This is just a token force and not nearly enough troops to have any impact. We need a surge of 30,000 or more troops as we had in Iraq, to win that war, or in Afghanistan. Funny, we can implement a surge in these countries; but we can't seem to implement a surge of troops in our own country. The question is why? The answer is simple. Obama has no intention of securing the border because ultimately he wants to give amnesty to illegal aliens that Obama sees as potential voters for Socialists.

To make this even more clear, the 1,200 troops being sent to the border are not allowed to directly participate in law enforcement meaning they cannot use their guns to secure our border. Keep in mind, the drug and people smugglers operating on our border not only have guns, they have automatic weapons. These are Narco gang land criminals, not just Mexicans trying to come across our borders for jobs. This is a war not just a day in the desert and should be recognized as a war. We need to send in the army to secure our border. We need army encampments all along the border to stop illegal immigration and drug smuggling. We need an electric fence and loads of barbed wire to get serious about securing the border.

This issue is about deficit spending, national security and drugs. Illegal Aliens are tax users not tax payers. And, while Mexicans who come to the United States illegally for work are hard workers, the fact is that they cost American tax payers billions of dollars each year by impacting our schools, hospitals and criminal justice system, which is contributing to the bankruptcy of the United States. We just can't afford to be Mexico's safety valve any more. The 38 families that control Mexico do not want to stop their citizens from coming to America because they fear revolution in Mexico. In essence, the United States is Mexico's welfare system. This has just got to stop. Further, we know that Terrorists are also crossing our border illegally, which makes this a national security issue. Finally, the drugs coming across our border not only contributes to drug abuse in the US, it is causing gang wars in our inner cities.

Both political parties have failed to control our border for different reasons. Republicans support businesses that want cheap labor. Socialists won't close the border because they see these poor people as potential union members and voters. Either way, it is time to secure our border. We already have 17% of Americans on welfare or Medicaid at tax payer expense. We just can't afford any more tax users in the United States than we already have.

Socialist President Obama will not secure our border, which is one more reason we must elect Conservatives in 2010 and 2012 who support free market capitalism, limited government, lower taxes and less regulation, a balanced budget, term limits, a strong national defense, including securing our border and fighting Terrorism, real energy independence and health care reform, the right to bear arms, the sanctity of life and family values. This is the platform supported by the majority of the American people and the only way to restore economic growth and jobs in America. It is also the only way to stop the trillion dollar deficit spending that is bankrupting our country.

Most important, we must sweep these Socialists our of office in 2010 and 2012 and elect Conservatives who support our Constitution, as written by our Founding Fathers, not as contrived by the left wing media, Socialists Obama, Reid, Pelosi, former Presidents, Congresses, or the Courts. We must take back our country in 2010 and 2012 and secure our border. We can do it. We must do it for to preserve our freedoms, our nation and way of life and for the sake of our children and grandchildren.
