Obama's Socialist Supreme Court Judges

Obama's nominee, Eleana Kagan, has been confirmed to serve on the US Supreme Court. This is Socialist President Obama's second Supreme Court nomination, which included Sonia Sotomayor a few months ago. Both Kagan, who is a political operative and Sotomayor are left wing Socialists who will always rule in favor of the big government, left wing agenda that is a threat to our freedoms. While all of Obama's Socialist Schemes are bad for America, the President's ability to nominate Socialist Supreme Court Justices is probably the most important reason that Obama must be denied a second term in 2012. These judges will be around long after Obama is gone reeking havoc on our nation. Obama and his Socialist Supreme Court judges are a clear and present danger to our nation.

Kagan and Sotomayor are just replacing other Socialists so there are still 5 Conservatives on the nine member court to check their power. Many Supreme Court votes are 5 - 4 votes. The most recent decision to protect the right to bear arms was a 5 - 4 vote. If one more Socialist had been on the court, the court would have upheld the city of Chicago's rights to prohibit gun ownership in Chicago, which would have established a precedent. Socialists generally oppose the second amendment to the US Constitution, the right to bear arms, because they fear an uprising against the intrusive government that they support.

We are one Supreme Court vote away from more government control over every aspect of our lives. It has been happening for years anyway under both political parties. If Obama remains in office for two terms, the odds are pretty good that he will get a chance to appoint another Socialist judge, which would be disasterous for our nation. We can't let that happen. The court case filed by 20 states to stop Obama's HealthScare Plan is a real test that will end up in the Supreme Court. These states are arguing that if the federal government can use the Commerce Clause in the Constitution to force an American citizen to buy health insurance, that the federal government can use the Commerce Clause to force an American citizen to do just about anything under penalty of jail. This is Communism and dictatorship not democracy.

Supreme Court nominations are just one more reason we must sweep these Socialists out of office in 2010 and 2012, including and especially Obama, by electing Conservatives who support free market capitalism, limited government, lower taxes and less regulation, a balanced budget, term limits to help end the corruption in Washington, real energy independence and health care reform, a strong national defense including securing our border and fighting Terrorism, the right to bear arms, the sanctity of life and family values. This is the winning platform supported by the majority of the American people and the only way to create economic growth and jobs.

Most important, we must elect Conservatives in 2010 and 2012 who support the Constitution, as written by our Founding Fathers, not as contrived by the left wing media, Socialists Obama, Reid, Pelosi, former Presidents, Congresses, or the Courts. We must take our country in 2010 and we must make Obama a one term President in 2012 to prevent any more of his Supreme Court nominations. We can do it. We must do it to preserve our freedoms, our nation, our way of life and for the sake of our children and grandchildren.
