The Vote To Raise The National Debt - JUST SAY NO

President Obama and the Socialists in the House of Representatives insisted on a vote to raise the National Debt Ceiling from the current $14.3 Trillion dollars to $16.7 Trillion dollars, without any condition or cuts in spending so they could continue their reckless deficit spending that is bankrupting our country.   The additional $2.4 Trillion would have allowed for perhaps another 18 months of borrowing 40 cents for every dollar that Obama spends.   Republican Speaker of the House John Boehner was very accommodating in allowing the vote, which was defeated resoundingly.   All 236 Republicans voted against raising the Debt Ceiling without conditions and or spending cuts along with 82 Socialists who undoubtedly feared the repercussions of this reckless action.  Only 97 die hard Socialists voted in favor.   

When are they going to stop this fiscal insanity?   To be clear for those Americans that don't speak in Trillions, the Socialists are asking to raise the Debt Ceiling by 2400 Billion dollars.   These numbers are so huge that they are unfathomable.  Socialists are like heroin addicts that need another fix.  They are hooked on tax and spend policies that make it virtually impossible for them to vote for a balanced budget because deficit spending on their PEEP's and public employees union members is their ticket to power.   Otherwise, there is no compelling argument to vote for a Socialist particularly since throughout history, their ideology has done nothing but produce misery, poverty and a threat to freedom.   We have to help these Socialists go cold turkey by stopping the increase of the Debt Ceiling without serious cuts in spending.   WE THE PEOPLE must let responsible elected representatives know that we have had enough.  We are not going to allow these Socialists and even some Republicans that are culprits too, many of whom should be in jail rather than in Congress, to bankrupt our country.   We must JUST SAY NO.

It is time to take back our country to restore fiscal sanity, economic growth and job creation in the United States.  None of this will happen as long as Socialists, including President Obama are in power.   So in 2012 and 2014, we must finish the job we started in 2010 and clean house by sweeping these Socialists out of power.  We HAVE to elect common sense Conservatives (not RINO's) that support free market capitalism, limited government, lower taxes and less regulation, a balanced budget, term limits, real education, energy and health care reform, a strong national defense, including securing our border and fighting Terrorism, the right to bear arms, the sanctity of life and family values that are the foundation of our nation.   This is the platform supported by the majority of the American people and the only way to restore economic growth and job creation in our country.

Most important, there can be no further compromise with Socialists, which is the reason we face the mess we are in today.  In fact, in taking back our country, we have to roll back 100 years of Socialism that is destroying and bankrupting our country.   We can do it.   We must do to preserve our freedom, our nation and way of life for the sake of our children and grandchildren.
