Socialist commentator Chris Matthews of MSNBC Hardball fame recently said that Texas Governor Rick Perry "does not have the brains to be President". In Matthews elitist, beltway world unless someone graduated from East Coast ivy league schools, Yale, Princeton, Harvard, Georgetown or Columbia, the person is obviously just too stupid to be President. Well here is a wake up call for Chris Matthews, most Americans that went to university did not graduate from East Coast schools, if they went to college at all. And, a lot of the brainacs that did go to these East Coast universities apparently never took a course in Ethics because many of them in government and on Wall Street are crooks and or morally illiterate.
Governor Rick Perry, is a self made man who came from a little farm town in Texas and poverty to graduate from Texas A & M with a degree in Agricultural Sciences. Perry served five years in the US Air Force flying jets all over the world to supply our troops. Boy Scout, Rick Perry married his childhood sweetheart and has been a good husband and father for years. And, Rick Perry has been the longest serving successful Governor, for more than ten years, in Texas history. During Perry's tenure Texas has boomed. Of course, Socialist Chris Matthews just can't relate to any of this background because it is so foreign to him. This Blogger wonders if Chris Matthews has the brains to be on television. Based on Matthews often stupid remarks, I don't think so.
Governor Rick Perry is right on all the issues. Perry's Flat Tax Plan to restore economic growth and create jobs is right on the mark. Perry's Energy Plan is designed to make the United States energy independent. This Blogger most loves Perry's idea of a part time Congress as exists in many states. We need citizen politicians that live in the real world, not Members of Congress for life, feeding at the trough. Rick Perry will secure our border once and for all because he knows first hand the problems caused by an open border. Rick Perry is determined to get rid of ObamaCare and other stifling regulations that are job killers. Perry has a plan to shrink the size of the federal government to end deficit spending and pay off our National Debt. Perhaps most important, Governor Rick Perry has the record, ideas, values and the character to make a great President.
We need to take back our country in 2012 and 2014 by sweeping Socialists at all levels of government, including President Obama, out of office. Governor Rick Perry has the best chance of recreating the Reagan coalition, the base of the Republican Party, Blue Collar Conservative Democrats and Independents in order to beat Socialist President Obama. Rick Perry most assuredly has the brains, the ideas, the values and the character to be a great President. Governor Rick Perry is set to go the distance during the primaries right up to the Republican Convention in Tampa. This Blogger believes in the end it will boil down to Perry or Romney. Perhaps, both can beat Obama; but Rick Perry has been the consistent Conservative that we can rely on to take back our country to preserve our freedom, our nation and our way of life for the sake of our children and grandchildren.
