Obama's Foreign Policy In Disarray

While there is so much focus on Socialist President Obama's dismal failure in managing our economy, it is important to note that Obama's foreign policy is also in disarray.  Iran is on the way to having nuclear weapons.  After we spent $1.5 Trillion on the war in Iraq and many of our brave soldiers were killed, or wounded in the war, the government of Iraq threw us out of the country on orders from Iran.   Relations with Pakistan are a mess.   China and Russia thumb their noses at Obama at ever turn.   The Arab Spring in the Middle East is leading to governments hostile to the United States.   And, Israel is in more danger today than has been the case in years.

Remember,  right after Obama was elected, he implemented his apology tour around the world in which he accepted blame on behalf of the United States for every evil in the world.   Obama reached out to Muslim countries and they hate us more today than before.   Obama denied American exceptionalism to gain favor with foreign countries and it has resulted in a slap in the face.  Obama then unilaterally told the world that we would never be first to use nuclear weapons, which was really dumb.   Obama pulled our missile defense system out of Eastern Europe without getting anything in return from the Russians.  The Chinese continue to implement unfair trade practices and currency manipulation, which has cost the United States millions of manufacturing jobs; yet Obama has done nothing to address the problem.   This is all happening because Obama is such a weak President; really Jimmy Carter II.

Europe is a financial basket case, though it is hard for Obama to point a finger when he is spending Trillions of borrowed dollars to take care of his PEEP's adding to our $15 Trillion National Debt.   Aside from using drones and other means to kill Terrorists like Osama Bin Laden and others, this Blogger can't think of one Obama foreign policy success.   Remember, this is the President who believes in leading from behind.   As a student and teacher of history, this Blogger has never heard of that idiotic approach in any historical context.

Ronald Reagan's adage, "Peace Through Strength" is always applicable.   And, strength must be both military and economic to be effective.   Obama and his Socialist pals in Congress are out to cut spending on our military.   Further, Obama has done nothing to secure our border, which not only results in illegal aliens entering our country; but also drug runners and Terrorists.  And, we all know that our economy is a mess as a result of Obama's failed Socialist Schemes.   As such, Obama's foreign policy is in disarray.  Our standing around the world is severely diminished as a result of Obama's failures and weakness.

Machiavelli posed the eternal question in his book The Prince,  "is it better for the Prince be loved or feared".   Obama has a need to be loved, perhaps as a result of his dysfunctional childhood upbringing.   The problem is that the President of the United States needs to be feared and most important respected in order to implement an effective foreign policy.   Obama is loved overseas, particularly in Socialist Europe, but he is certainly not feared or respected any where in the world.

We need to take back our country in 2012 and 2014 by sweeping Socialists at all levels of government, including President Obama, out office.   We need to make Obama a one term President, not just because Obama has been a complete failure in managing our economy; but because Obama is a threat to our national security.   Obama just does not have the experience to be a competent President and we see the end result.   Socialist President Obama apparently never took International Relations 325.   As a result, Obama does not understand the concept of vital interests.

Obama implements a feel good foreign policy that has led to disaster around the world.   We have to take back our country in 2012 and 2014 not only to get our economy back on track and prevent the bankruptcy of the United States; but so a new Conservative President can implement a foreign policy, built on Peace Through Strength, in the interest of our nation.   It will not happen as long as Obama is in power, which is another good reason Obama has to go in 2012.
