Obama and the G-20 Meeting

Socialist President Obama accomplished absolutely nothing at the G-20 meeting in Seoul, South Korea. The leaders of the G-20 group, the 20 largest economies in the world, get together every so often to shoot the bull and waste tax payer money. In fact, in this case, the President's entire 10 day excursion, that cost several hundred million dollars, was a complete waste of tax payer money. Every time the G-20 gets together, the US President complains that the Chinese are manipulating their currency instead of allowing it to rise to proper value, which would make Chinese goods more expensive over seas.

This year the President pushed this idea again and got no support from the other 19 countries to pressure China to do anything meaningful about their currency valuation. Clearly, Obama, who was awarded a Nobel Prize for doing nothing, has lost his rock star status both outside the US and within. The reality is that it is difficult to point fingers at the Chinese, when the Federal Reserve in our own country is printing money to monetize our National Debt, which will destroy the dollar as an intentional side effect to make our goods cheaper overseas. In addition, until we get our economic house in order, Obama or any US President, has little standing pointing fingers at any other country.

When the Soviet Union collapsed it was still a nuclear country capable of projecting military power around the world proving that ultimately power does not come from a barrel of a gun as stated by Communist Party Leader Lenin. While military power is always part of the equation, power comes from economic reach. This is the reason China has become a world power. While the United States could destroy China in minutes before they knew what hit them, it is China that wields real power today in world circles not the United States.

The old adage, he who has the gold makes the rules and China clearly has the gold is valid. Of course, the Chinese are very upset with the United States because the actions taken by the Federal Reserve has the impact of devaluing the investments the Chinese have in dollars. Since the Chinese have been burned, they are not likely to continue buying US Treasuries in the future, which in the long run will result in higher interest rates in the United States.

What is happening in Washington DC has serious implications for the American people. For 97 years the Socialists in power, with help from Republicans over the years, have acted to bankrupt our country. Government has grown dramatically over the years along with various entitlements that are simply not sustainable. The Federal Reserve has begun to print money to monetize the debt, which ultimately will lead to very high inflation and interest rates. As a reaction, their will be a push by Socialists and their union supporters to enact tariffs on foreign goods, which if done will cause a trade war. This was the basis for the Great Depression.

WE THE PEOPLE must stand up and just say HELL NO to all of this. We have to elect Conservative grown up's in 2012 who supports free market capitalism, limited government, lower taxes and less regulation, a balanced budget, term limits, real energy independence and health care reform, a strong national defense, including securing our border and fighting Terrorism, the right to bear arms, the sanctity of life and family values. Most important, we must elect Conservatives who will adhere to the Constitution, as written by our Founding Fathers, not as contrived by the left wing media, Socialists in the last 97 years, former Presidents, Congresses, or the Courts. This is the platform supported by the American people and the only way to restore economic growth and job creation in America.

We must take back our country in 2012 and beyond. Our elected Representatives of both parties have proven that they cannot be trusted to protect the interests of the American people. We must add Constitutional Amendments to limit their power; balanced budget, term limits, limits on federal taxing authority and definition of American citizenship. We must take back our county to prevent our becoming a banana republic. We can do it. We will do it to preserve our freedom, our nation and way of life and for the sake of our children and grandchildren.
