Lame Duck Congress - JUST SAY NO

Socialist Senator Dirty Harry Reid, the majority leader of the US Senate and soon to be former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, the gift that keeps giving, will attempt to enact every bit of Socialist legislation they can cram through the Congress between now and the end of the year because they know those bills will be Dead on Arrival next year when the Republicans take over the House and add 5 more seats in the Senate. Republicans should JUST SAY NO to all pieces of Socialist legislation until they have the votes early next year to better shape the debate and legislation.

This would include maintaining the Bush Tax Cuts unless all are made permanent this year. Yes, the Bush Tax Cuts will all expire on December 31, 2010; but the new Congress will be in session on January 3. Once in session, the Republicans will have the votes to make the Bush Tax Cuts permanent in both Houses of Congress, which can be made retroactive to January 1. Socialist President Obama would have to veto the bill to stop this from happening. If Obama does so, he will be raising taxes on the Middle Class that he claims to represent in his class warfare arguments. The Republicans should dare him to do it. Even if a compromise must come out of this exercise in January, it is very likely to be on more favorable terms once the Republicans are in control, than if it happens before the end of the year.

The Young Guns of the Republican Party need to play hardball with Obama to make him a one term President and end his efforts to "transform" America into a Socialist nation. Clearly, ObamaCare is being attacked from all angles, including in the Courts, by Republican Governors and in Congress, until there is finally repeal of that monstrosity when we have both a Republican controlled Congress and Presidency. Obama's CAP & TAX plan will never see the light of day; though we will need to challenge Obama's plan to implement this scheme by Executive Order. There is a new day coming in America as the Tea Party Movement makes its presence felt both in Congress and across America.

We must sweep these Socialists out of office in 2012 and 2014 to end their war on the American people. We must take back our country by electing Conservatives (not RINO's) who support free market capitalism, limited government, lower taxes and less regulation, a balance budget, term limits, real education, energy and health care reform, a strong national defense, including securing our border and fighting Terrorism, the right to bear arms, the sanctity of life and family values that are the foundation of our nation. This is the winning platform supported by the majority of the American people and the only way to restore economic growth and job creation in America.

Most important, there can be no compromise with Socialists as we seek to roll back 97 years of Socialism. To do so, we must elect Conservatives that will adhere to the Constitution, as written by our Founding Fathers, not as contrived by the left wing media, Socialists Obama, Reid and Pelosi, former Presidents, Congresses, or the Courts. We must take back our country in 2012 and 2014. We can do it. We will do it to preserve our freedom, our nation and way of life and for the sake of our children and grandchildren.
