The Government Is Touching Our Junk

The recent decision by the federal government to implement x-rays that show naked silhouettes and "pat downs" as new security procedures at airports that literally require the "touching of our junk" is demonstrative of a much bigger threat to our liberties. This very act is a violation of the 4th Amendment to the US Constitution in the Bill of Rights that prohibits "unreasonable" searches and seizures. Yet, this is occurring without the passage of any law by administrative dictum. This is happening in the name of security; but giving up our rights to gain security is not something we should take lightly when there are better ways to get the job done.

Specific to airport security, the government should implement reverse profiling since actual profiling of the Terrorists is deemed discriminatory. So instead, if that is the game we must play, then lets start with people who are obviously not Terrorists; American born businessmen and women who fly regularly as a requirement of their jobs, senior citizens over 65 years old, families traveling with children, college educated professionals, business owners and elected officials. Notice I said American born in these categories. That would exclude those with foreign passports and anyone not born in the United States. Even so, all categories of people should go through normal security procedures; just not the more intense scrutiny that should be happening for others more likely to be Terrorists. This is just common sense, something government rarely seems to practice.

I suspect this breakdown would mean that the vast majority of Americans would be exempted from the x-ray and "pat down" procedures that represent an "unreasonable" search that is happening now in violation of our 4th Amendment rights. WE THE PEOPLE must stand up and say HELL NO to this violation of our rights and all violations of our rights that began 97 years ago with the enactment of the Constitutional Amendment allowing for the income tax. The fact is that in the last 97 years we have continued to see the Socialist creep that has chipped away at our rights as government at all levels has grown to intrude in all facets of daily life. Enough is enough!!

This latest "pat down" procedure is just one more example of government's reach into our pants and pockets under the guise of one notion or another. Eminent Domain has been used to seize property from American citizens not for government use; but for commercial uses. Just about anything we do requires a license, or government fees and taxes. Now the food police want to tell us what we can eat and when we can eat it. Schools have been used to indoctrinate, not educate, as evidenced by the poor result achieved in public schools. There has been a continued assault on our second Amendment rights to own guns. We now have politicians who want to eliminate certain TV stations like Fox and control the content of the Internet through a scheme called "net neutrality. The era of Big Brother under Socialist President Obama is here.

We have to stop the government from touching all our junk, which includes our property, our money and our person by sweeping these Socialists out of office and electing Conservatives in 2012 and 2014 that support free market capitalism, limited government, lower taxes and less regulation, a balanced budget, term limits, real education, energy and health care reform, a strong national defense, including securing our border and fighting Terrorism, the right to bear arms, the sanctity of life and family values that are the foundation of our nation. This is the platform supported by the majority of the American people and the only way to restore economic growth and jobs in America.

This latest attack on our freedoms at airports is another reason we must take back our country by electing Conservatives who will adhere to our Constitution, as written by our Founding Fathers, not as contrived by the left wing media, Socialists in the last 97 years, former Presidents, Congresses, or the Courts. WE THE PEOPLE must take back our country in 2012 and 2014. We can do it. We must do to stop the government from touching our junk, to preserve our freedom, our nation and way of life and for the sake of our children and grandchildren.
