Obama - Change We Can Believe In?

President Obama has been if office for a year. When running for office Obama's slogan was "Change We Can Believe In". After a year in office, let's see the change we got. First off, Obama signed an executive order allowing for US taxpayer dollars to pay for abortions overseas. Then, Obama signed the executive order to close Guantanamo Bay (GITMO), which has proven to be a really bad decision. Obama said that he did not want to run Insurance Companies, banks and GM and then guess what, Obama bailed all three out to the tune of billions of dollars in deficit spending making him their actual CEO. Remember, Barack Obama, the Community Organizer and one term Senator has never even run a corner grocery store.

Then President Obama decided that he wanted to be President of the World, rather than the United States so he went abroad blaming the US for all the ills of the world. Obama bowed down to foreign leaders. Obama and his people stopped using words like Islamic Terrorists and War on Terror because our enemies don't like it when we make these references. They love President Obama so much overseas that they awarded him the Nobel Peace Prize. Gosh, do we have peace overseas and or have there been no Terrorist attacks in the US? Obama has extended a hand to North Korea and Iran and they have cut it off as our enemies have rejected all of Obama's overtures to negotiate with them.

And then, even though President Obama won't refer to members of Al Qaeda's army as enemy combatants that should be interrogated using enhanced techniques and Obama announced the closing of GITMO because he claims it was a propaganda tool allowing Al Qaeda to gain new recruits, Al Qaeda attracted even more recruits including the Terrorist that shot up an army base, murdering 13 and injuring others and the Terrorist from Nigeria that almost took down an American Airliner. Is this the "Change We Can Believe In".

And while all of this was going on another 3.2 million Americans lost their jobs in 2009 during the first year of the Obama Presidency even though the President promised us that if his SwindleUS Plan was passed, unemployment would top out at 8%. Since the official rate is now 10% and when all are included we are at 17.3%, or 26 million Americans unemployed or under employed, we certainly can conclude that the President and his people were wrong and that the pork laden SwindleUS Plan was a complete failure.

But, it does not stop there. Democrat Socialists Obama, Reid and Pelosi are pushing through a HealthScare Plan that will result in $500 Billion in Medicare cuts that will impact all Seniors, $500 Billion in new taxes that will impact us all, higher premiums for all, death panels and rationing of care. What worse, HealthScare is predicated on bogus numbers. The real cost is not $900 Billion, but rather $2.5 Trillion. Obama promised us that HealthScare deliberations would all be broadcast on C-Span instead of implemented by secret, sleazy back room deals by Democrat Socialists Senator Dirty Harry Reid of Nevada and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi of San Francisco. Is this the "Can We Can Believe In"?

President Obama and the Democrat Socialists are bankrupting the United States. They had to raise the debt limit because our official national debt will top $12 Trillion shortly. The Obama Administration projects another $10 Trillion in debt in the next ten years,which is likely to be three times this number if history is our teacher. This is just plain fiscal insanity. This does not include Trillions more in unfunded liability for Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and Federal and State Public Employee Pensions. But it is OK because the Federal Reserve is already printing money to monetize the debt, which is causing the collapse of the dollar and will lead to very high inflation and interest rates and the eventual financial collapse of our country. Is this the "Change We Can Believe In?"

President Obama has had one hell of a year in office. Obama and the Democrat Socialists poll rating have fallen dramatically because all now see that the "Change We Can Believe In" is a national disaster worse than Katrina. We have to take back our country to save us all from the "change" Democrat Socialists would impose on our nation. When Obama spoke of transformation during the campaign, Obama was talking about transforming the United States into a Socialist nation. We cannot allow that to happen. We won't allow that to happen. The elections in 2010 and 2012 are critical to saving our nation. We must elect Conservatives committed to fiscal sanity, smaller government and less taxes and regulations, a strong national defense and family values. We can do it. We have to do it.

P.S. Senator Dirty Harry Reid referred to candidate Obama as "light skinned with no Negro dialect unless he wanted it" during the presidential campaign. Can you just imagine if a Republican or Conservative had made this stupid statement. The Politically Correct Crowd would be demanding resignation. That's OK, we are going to send Harry Reid back to Searchlight, Nevada in November, 2010. Maybe once in retirement, Reid can memorize Martin Luther King's statement "that all men should be judged by the content of their character rather than the color of their skin." Harry, did you miss the 60's? In Obama's case his skin color or race have nothing to do with his incompetence. Obama is a smart man who believes in a failed ideology; Socialism and it is the basis for his failed actions and policies.
