Obama's Gestapo EPA Land Grab

Obama's Gestapo, the Environmental Protection Agency is about to issue new regulations that will give it control of private property in the name of clean water.  It attempted to do so in the state of Virginia by declaring storm run off water under its jurisdiction.   Just imagine!  Storm run off water comes off every roof in the country when it rains.  One state is attempting to tax it.  Fortunately, the courts ruled against the EPA in Virginia striking down this crazy over reach; but it shows just how far the EPA will go to get control of private property. 

So now, the EPA will claim any property that has a drop of sitting water on it, or near it, as requiring regulation.   Keep in mind, this is the agency that destroyed the timber industry in Oregon to protect the Spotted Owl, killing 40,000 good paying logging jobs.   And, they are also the Agency destroying the coal industry, in the name of clean air killing several hundred thousand good paying jobs.   These families have depended on these industries for generations.  Instead, they will soon be on Welfare and Food Stamps.  This is a tragedy and crime against the American people.  Now, the EPA wants to destroy farming and ranching, just wait and see, not to mention making life miserable for anyone that happens to live near a little mud puddle, stream, river, or lake.  

Richard Nixon created the EPA; but he never could have imagined the Gestapo it would become.  Under Obama, the EPA is full of Environmental Wackos and Radicals determined to destroy the US economy.  Guess what, they are succeeding as many families have lost their livelihoods because of the EPA.   WE THE PEOPLE must stand up and say enough.  Nobody wants dirty air or water; but we must also recognize that killing entire industries is NOT ACCEPTABLE.   It is time to pull the EPA way back to the original laws enacted by Congress and stop the arbitrary Obama regulations destroying our country.
