Obama Proposes $41 Billion For Foreign Aid

Socialist President Obama is proposing $41 Billion for foreign aid up from $37 Billion in last year's budget.   Mr. President, the United States is BROKE.   This Blogger realizes that some times it is necessary to bribe foreign leaders to support American objectives; but since we have given Trillions of dollars away to these "poor countries" since the end of World War II, it is clear that it is often money down a rat hole.  Poor countries in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Asia are often so corrupt that the money rarely goes to develop their countries.  Instead, the monies are used to support and buy off their military, which often repress the people and/or into the Swiss bank accounts of their leaders.   Enough is Enough.

The US has a $14.3 Trillion National Debt that grows by the minute.   The federal government is borrowing 40 cents, primarily from foreign countries, for every dollar that it spends.   Obama is asking Congress to raise the debt ceiling so he can borrow even more.   Just imagine a family household that needed to borrow 40% of its' spending each year.  First of all, it could never happen because creditors would not allow it.   Yet, the federal government, addicted to deficit spending, goes on and on leading us toward the bankruptcy of our nation.   WE THE PEOPLE must stand up and say NO, NO, NO, what part of NO don't you understand Mr. President.

The federal government currently takes in about $2.5 Trillion a year in various tax revenues and fees.   That is two thousand five hundred billion dollars.  It is time for the federal government to live within its means.   That means first funding our national defense to secure our border, fight Terrorism and deal with over all national security.   Our National Defense should always be the first priority.  After that, have at it.  It is time to eliminate many departments, agencies, commissions,  39 czars and most foreign aide.   The federal government has grown from 4 cabinet posts under President Washington to 15 under President Obama.   How about going down to 10 by consolidating departments and eliminating some.   We can do it.   We must do it.

And, then we must tackle entitlements.   The able bodied should be cut off from federal government support;  no welfare, no food stamps, no subsidized housing, no Medicaid unless they agree to attend two years of training in a trade school.   After that, no support at all should be provided these people.  We have to break the cycle of dependence and this is the way to do it.  Specific to Medicare, Congressman's Paul Ryan's Plan makes perfect sense.   Really poor senior citizens should be provided Medicare at no cost.   All others should be paying at 20% - 50% of the cost for Medicare based on total assets, not just Social Security income.   Working Americans do not need to subsidize senior citizen vacations and or lifestyles.   Medicaid for the poor is bankrupting the states.  If the federal government wants to provide Medicaid for the poor, then the federal government should pay for it; plain and simple.

Managing the federal budget and ending deficit spending is all about establishing priorities.   We can't have it all.   Of course, Socialists at both state and federal levels always call for tax increases to fund all their Schemes to take care of their PEEP's, the 50% of Americans that pay no income taxes at all.  The problem is that tax increases retard economic growth in the private sector and usually result in less tax income to the government; but since Socialists never took and passed Economics 101, they just don't understand this fact.   California is the poster child for Socialist Schemes and planning.  California has the highest taxes in the country; yet continues to experience multi-billion dollar budget deficit each year as companies and jobs have left the state for the last 20 years.   The Socialists running California want to raise taxes even more despite the evidence that it will lead to more job loss and less revenues.

None of the common sense ideas we need to implement to bring our state and federal spending under control will happen as long as Socialists are in power, which is the reason we must sweep them out of office in 2012 and 2014.   We must make Obama a one term President because he is a clear and present danger to our nation.   We must take back our country in 2012 and 2014 by electing Conservatives that support free market capitalism, limited government, lower taxes and less regulation, a balanced budget, term limits, real education, energy and health care reform, a strong national defense, including security our border and fighting Terrorism, the right to bear arms, the sanctity of life and family values that are the foundation of our nation.   This is the platform supported by the majority of the American people and the only way to restore economic growth and job creation in our country.

We have to take back our country.   We can do it.   We must do it to preserve our freedom, our nation and way of life for the sake of our children and grandchildren.    If we don't act in 2012 and 2014 to take back our country, we will see the bankruptcy of our nation.   We can't let that happen.
