Obama's Debt Commission - A Farce

Socialist President Obama has kicked off his "bi-partisan" Debt Commission as cover to raise taxes on all Americans. This is all a big farce. Dealing with the National Debt that will be at $14 Trillion by the end of 2010 and grow by another $10 Trillion, or more in the next ten years, if Obama remains in office, is really very simple. The problem is not that the government at all levels taxes too little, but rather, it is that government at all levels spends too much. The solution; though perhaps tough medicine because of all the reckless spending for years, is simply to CUT SPENDING to bring spending in line with current tax revenues. The solution is not to raise taxes of any kind, which are already too high.

And, of course, since 1965, politicians of both political parties have stolen the monies that Baby Boomers contributed that were supposed to be there for our Social Security and Medicare benefits and spent that money on all sorts of pork barrel spending. So now Washington politicians are up the creek without a paddle and we are stuck with the outcome; a bankrupt country. What I want to know is when are politicians going to go to JAIL for what they have done? These politicians many of whom have been in power for all the years since 1965, have implemented the greatest PONZI scheme in the history of mankind. They took trillions of our dollars that were supposed to be there for our pensions and medical care and spent it on social programs to get elected.

So now, rather than making painful spending cuts, which is what all families would be forced to do if they had less money coming in than going out, Obama will shortly propose even higher taxes on all Americans. And, it now turns out that the Obama Administration knew that HealthScare would not lower costs at all prior to the vote in Congress; but withheld the information. A VAT (Valued Added National Sales Tax) will be coming for the 50% of us that already pay all the income taxes in this country. The same 50% will pay more for health insurance and medical care because of Obama's HealthScare Plan. And, that same 50% will pay higher taxes on energy of all kinds when the Socialists that control Congress push through Obama's CAP & TAX Socialist Scheme. Many of the 50% of us that pay all the government's bills will now be means tested related to Social Security and Medicare even though we paid and paid and paid for years.

The other 50% of the American people (Obama's Peeps) will get tax credits and/or subsidies to cover all of these new taxes; just wait and see. This is all about redistribution of income in the name of "social justice" and more government control over all aspects of our lives. The end result will be a lower standard of living, slower economic growth and higher unemployment than necessary in the United States, if Obama is allowed to implement all of his Socialist Schemes and let there be no doubt, they are well thought out, concerted Schemes.

We must take back our country in 2010 and 2012 by electing Conservatives that support free market capitalism, limited government, a balanced budget, lower taxes and less regulation, term limits, real energy independence and health care reform, a strong national defense, the right to bear arms, the sanctity of life and family values. Most important, we must elect Conservatives that support the Constitution as written by our Founding Fathers, not as contrived by our current Socialist President, former Presidents, Congresses, or the Courts. This is the winning platform. We must take back our country. We can do it. We must do it for the sake of our children and grandchildren.
