Support Candidates Not PAC's or Committees

2012 is just around the corner. In the next few months, candidates will begin to surface for the Republican nomination for the Presidency. At the same time, those who donate monies for political campaigns will continue to face a barrage of requests for money from Political Action Committees of one sort or another. This blogger stopped giving money to PAC's and Committees long ago because there is no way to control where the money goes. In fact, in some cases PAC's sponsored by various Republicans and of course the Republican National Committee will give money to RINO's, which is simply unacceptable.

And, even worse, the US Chamber of Commerce actually endorsed a Socialist, supposedly a Conservative Democrat, Joe Manchin, the Governor of West Virgina, who was recently elected to the US Senate. That is sacrilege. It is an example that makes the case that we should only contribute money to specific Conservative Candidates and not PAC's that are unpredictable. Over the years, I have learned this lesson the hard way. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice, oh wait, I won't be fooled twice.

That is the reason why National Freedom Forum candidate endorsements are tied directly to the web sites of those Conservative candidates. Any donations need to go direct to support specific candidates, not filtered through PAC's in business to create income and jobs for political operatives. We are already starting to see a divide in the road. Romney, Spence, Palin and DeMint, likely to be candidates for the Republican nomination came out against the Obama/Republican Senate tax compromise because it includes billions in pork barrel spending. Thune, Gingrich, Palenty and Huckabee, also likely to be candidates for the Republican nomination, came out in favor of the deal, which as far as this blogger is concerned is an early black mark against them. We need to end deficit spending once and for all and the Obama/Republican Senate compromise only adds to the deficit and our national debt.

We need to sweep tax and spend Socialists and RINO's out of office in 2012 and 2014 by electing Conservatives both in the primaries and the general election. The only way to do that is to give money directly to those Conservatives candidates that support free market capitalism, limited government, lower taxes and less regulation, a balanced budget, term limits, real education, energy and health care reform, a strong national defense, including securing our border and fighting Terrorism, the right to bear arms, the sanctity of life and family values that are the foundation of our nation. There can be no compromise and no deals on these issues. This is the platform supported by the majority of the American people and the only way to restore economic growth and job creation in America. We must stop deficit spending NOW, not next year, or five years from now to prevent the bankruptcy of our nation.

Most important, we must elect Conservatives in 2012 and 2014 who will adhere to the Constitution, as written by our Founding Fathers, not as contrived by the left wing media, Socialists in the last 97 years, former Presidents, Congresses, or the Courts. We must take back our country. We can do it. We must do it to preserve our freedom, our nation and way of life and for the sake of our children and grandchildren.
