The Conservative Resistance Movement

President Obama and the Democrat Socialists that control Congress, under the management of Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi of San Francisco and Senator Harry Reid, of Nevada, the Majority Leader of the Senate have mobilized Conservatives like never before. Notice I keep saying we need to elect common sense Conservatives, not just any Republicans to take over the Congress in 2010 and the Presidency in 2012. Most important, it is critical that the Republican Party be the Conservative Party of the United States if it is to have any relevancy at all. That means that RINO's, those that are Republicans in name only, need to hit the road. RINO's, like Governor Charlie Crist of Florida, Senators Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins of Maine are not welcome because they often act or vote to compromise Conservative values and beliefs. A RINO who votes to support Democrat Socialist Schemes is no friend of ours.

We need to elect Conservatives that support free market capitalism, a balanced budget, limited government, lower taxes, less regulation, term limits to help end corruption, a strong national defense, the right to bear arms, the sanctity of life and family values. We also need to elect Conservatives who believe in the US Constitution as written by our Founding Fathers not successive Presidents, Congresses and the Courts. The John McCain's in the Republican Party that pretend to be Conservatives at election time, but who often "reach across the aisle" to compromise these principles have contributed to the loss of our freedoms for years. Republicans better get the message, true Conservatives are mad as hell and we are not going to take it any more. The Tea Party Movement is really The Conservative Resistance Movement.

If the Republican Party has any hope of regaining power in Washington, they must become the party of Ronald Reagan not George Herbert Walker Bush, who was defeated by Bill Clinton because he was duped into raising taxes by the Democrat Socialists in violation of his "Read My Lips" promise not to raise taxes. And, though George W Bush did the right thing in cutting taxes, Bush II still spent too much and never did balance a budget. Bush II was more of a Social Conservative than a Fiscal Conservative. The fact is that real Conservatives are both Social and Fiscal Conservatives and the base of the Republican Party. A Republican cannot be elected without this base, Independents that tend to be Conservatives and Blue Dog, Blue Collar Conservative Democrats. That was the Ronald Reagan coalition and it is absolutely essential to Republican success.

2010 and 2012 could be very good years for Republicans; but only if they are true Conservatives. We are going to take back our country. Conservatives are not interested in compromise related to the key issues that are the foundation of our belief system. Republican career politicians have often lost their way. Many Republicans are more interested in staying in power, or regaining power and all the privileges that come with it that in standing for Conservative principles, which presumably they expouse, when push comes to shove. That will not work any longer. That game is over. If Republicans want to win and stay in power, they must adhere to Conservative ideology in word and deed. The United States is a center right country. The election in 2010 will be a referendum on Obama, Reid and Pelosi. If the Republicans are smart, they will not only talk like Conservatives; they will act like Conservatives. We are going to take back our country in 2010 and 2012 by taking back the Republican Party. We can do it. We will do it.
