Obama - Forward Or Hope & Change

Obamanistas are struggling to find a campaign theme to support Socialist President Obama's reelection.   No wonder, since the President has no accomplishments to run on and the majority of Americans want to see ObamaCare, his signature accomplishment, struck down by the Supreme Court, or repealed outright.  Hope and Change, the theme for Obama's 2008 campaign is not much of an option; though the President still claims he is all about Hope and Change.

The reality is that Obama has brought misery, the highest foreclosure rate in American history and a lower standard of living for many Americans since his election.  The 25 million Americans that are either unemployed, under employed working part time that want full time work, or that have just given up looking for work altogether are not feeling much Hope and Change.   These people are experiencing an Obama Depression not a Recession.

As such, Obamanistas are testing the theme, "Forward" as Obama's message this time around.   The question is Forward to what.   Unemployment was lower when Bush was President.   The poverty rate was lower when Bush was President.   Bush cut taxes and regulations, which until the Socialist inspired mortgage debacle, resulted in economic and job growth.  While Bush added to the National Debt, he never did so at the staggering annual trillion dollar rate of Obama.   When Bush was President, 20 million Americans were on Food Stamps.  Since Obama was elected that number has grown to 46 million Americans.

So are Obamanistas suggesting we should go "Forward" toward more Obama failed economic policies that have resulted in unemployment above 8% for 38 straight months and 5 million fewer Americans working since Obama took office.   And, does going forward mean the government should invest in more green technology, like bankrupt Solyndra, or the Chevy Volt that has been a real loser.  Or, does going Forward mean more Obama trillion dollar annual deficits that are bankrupting our country.   Honestly, why would we want to go Forward for more of the same when we see the disastrous end result of Obama's failed Socialist Schemes.

My guess is that Obamanistas will abandon this "Forward" campaign theme very soon because it is so easy to ridicule.  They may go back to More Hope and More Change; but the problem is Hope is not a strategy for success as we have come to learn since Obama was elected.  As of now, we all "hope" Obama will be a one term President in order to get our country back on track.   We are looking for "change" all right; but the change we want is smaller government, an end to deficit spending, a balanced budget and lower taxes and less regulations to restore economic growth and job creation again in America.

We want an America that was conceived by our Founding Fathers, not the one we have today that reflects 100 years of Socialist creep.  We long for an America of smaller government by the people and for the people; not a corrupt government that intrudes into every aspect of daily life.  Most of all, we want an America where freedom, as conceived by our Founding Fathers, is the foundation of our nation.

For all these reasons and many more, we must sweep Socialists, at all levels of government, including President Obama, out of office in 2012 and 2014.  We can't move "Forward" as long as these characters remain in power.  Socialists and their supporters are job killers.   In fact, we must elect real Conservatives committed to rolling back 100 years of Socialist creep to get our country back on track.

We have to take back our country in 2012 and 2014.   To do so, we have to drain the swamp in Washington DC and send all these Socialist characters and crooks packing.   We can do it.   We must do it to move our country "Forward" and prevent the bankruptcy of the United States.   We will do it to preserve our freedom, our nation and way of life for our children and grandchildren.   In the mean time, it is a lot of fun watching Obamanistas struggle to find a theme for Obama's reelection.   They could go with "Wishful Thinking" because given Obama's dismal record, that is the reality they face.
