Medicare Is In Big Trouble

Socialist President Obama and the Socialists in Congress that enacted ObamaCare, without a single Republican vote, cut Medicare by more than $500 Billion in a redistribution of income scheme to fund health insurance for the poor. This cut will result in Medicare payments to doctors and hospitals that are so low that many are refusing to take Medicare patients. In addition, ObamaCare will eliminate the Medicare HMO Advantage Program for million of senior citizens in the next few years requiring Seniors who can afford it to buy Medigap insurance, costing several hundred dollars a month, to get the same coverage they have now. Since most Seniors who opted for Medicare Advantage did so because they could not afford Medigap insurance, they will see a major cut in benefits instead.

This is all happening as 70 million Baby Boomers begin to retire in 2011. In fact, 10,000 Baby Boomers a day will turn 65 in 2011 making them fully eligible for Medicare. This is a national disaster happening before our eyes. Senior citizens who paid into Medicare all their lives are likely to see rationing of care if for no other reason than there will not be enough doctors willing to take Medicare payments to meet their needs. And, Yes, there will be Death Panels in the future that will deny certain procedures to older Senior citizens. All of this is inevitable because of the regulations being written by the Department of Health and Human Services to administer ObamaCare.

Senior citizens should be mad as hell. In many ways, it is Senior Citizens who will be paying for ObamaCare by a cut in their benefits. Socialist President Obama keeps saying that ObamaCare is a done deal. To that we must all say HELL NO by making Obama a one term President in 2012. ObamaCare can be repealed; but not as long as Obama is President. So, in 2012 and 2014 we must elect Conservatives that support free market capitalism, limited government, lower taxes and less regulation, a balanced budget, term limits, real education, energy and HEALTH CARE reform, a strong national defense, including securing our border and fighting Terrorism, the right to bear arms, the sanctity of life and family values that are the foundation of our nation. This is the platform supported by the majority of the American people and the only way to restore economic growth and job creation in our country. To get rid of ObamaCare, we have to sweep these Socialists out of office as our highest priority.

Most important, we must take back our country by electing Conservatives in 2012 and 2014 who will adhere to the Constitution, as written by our Founding Fathers, not as contrived by the left wing media, Socialists in the last 98 years, our current or former Presidents, Congresses, or the Courts. We must take back our country to end ObamaCare. We can do it. We must do it to preserve our freedom, our nation and way of life for the sake of our children and grandchildren.
