Supreme Court To Hear ObamaCare Case

The Supreme Court has agreed to take up the ObamaCare Case brought by 26 states concerning the individual Mandate requiring Americans to buy health insurance.   That is all well and good, however, even if the Mandate is struck down, which is thought to be the foundation of ObamaCare, if that is all that happens, the 2,000 page ObamaCare legislation will still be the law of the land.   ObamaCare was predicated on Socialist smoke and mirrors and just plain lies related to the long term cost of national health insurance for all.  The reality is that ObamaCare, as written, is just another huge federal government entitlement program, based on redistribution of income, that ultimately will contribute to the bankruptcy of our nation.   Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid are all headed toward fiscal insolvency.   To add a new entitlement, when our country is already $15 Trillion in debt, is reckless fiscal insanity.

For that reason, ObamaCare must be REPEALED, not just struck down by the Supreme Court, to rid the nation of this evil Socialist Scheme that would intrude into all of our daily lives.   If ObamaCare is allowed to stand, studies now show that 30% of corporations will just pay the $2,000 fine and cease providing medical insurance for their employees.  If that happens many in the Middle Class, forced to pay for medical insurance on their own and ineligible for government subsidies, will end up with no medical insurance at all because the cost will be prohibitive.

If individuals are forced to buy their own health insurance from state exchanges, Singles earning less than $50,000 a year and Married Couples with families earning less than $80,000 a year will get subsidies, however the extent of this probable cost was never factored into the cost of ObamaCare.   This is a national disaster waiting to happen.  22 million Senior Citizens will lose their Medicare Advantage HMO programs if ObamaCare goes forward.   This will mean that lower income Seniors, that often choose Medicare Advantage, will either have to buy Medigap insurance at $300 - $500 a month, assuming they can afford it, or face much higher cost under regular Medicare.   And, based on the cuts in ObamaCare to payments to doctors and hospitals, many will cease assisting Medicare patients altogether, which will lead to rationing.   This is already happening now.

The reality is that President Obama and his Socialist pals in Congress really want to see our entire insurance based medical system collapse, in order to move to a single payer, government controlled Medicare Plan for all Americans, predicated on much higher taxes for all.   That is the real story.  It is no secret that Obama and his pals really want a Socialist European Style National Health Care System, even though those systems are bankrupting those countries.   Socialists hope to cause chaos in our current medical system so that Americans will beg for a big government solution.  The bad news is that Socialist Systems absolutely lead to rationing of health care as government determines what procedures and medicines will be provided based on age and other variables.   In Britain is was a big break through when prostrate exams were allowed for men up to 75 years old rather than at 65 years old.   Further, in these Socialist Systems, it is often necessary to buy over lay insurance, not to get better care because it is the same system, but just to get to the head of the line.

ObamaCare must be REPEALED completely, not revised; but it will not happen unless we take back our country by sweeping Socialists, including President Obama, out of office in 2012 and 2014.   Obama and his Socialist Pals in government at all levels are a threat to our nation and our freedom.   We must take back our country in 2012 and 2014 to prevent the bankruptcy of our nation.   We can do it.   We must to it to preserve our freedom, our nation and way of life for the sake of our children and grandchildren.   It is good that the Supreme Court has agreed to take up the ObamaCare case, however win or lose, we still have work to do to get the job done.   We do need health care reform to bring down the cost of medical insurance premiums; but not at the cost of higher taxes and our freedom.
