Family & The Sanctity of Life

There should be no doubt in anyone's mind that the traditional family is the foundation of our nation.   The traditional family is defined as a married mother and father, in a loving relationship, with children.  Though there may be various other family situations, there is no substitute for the traditional family.  It is hard enough to raise children in a traditional, intact two parent, loving family environment, so the notion that children growing up in any other environment are somehow better off is absurd.  That does not mean that a  single parent cannot be a loving parent.  It is just a matter of time and resources available to take care of children.  Two parents in a loving relationship are always better than one.   It's just common sense. 

Since the 60's, the traditional family has been under attack.  Feminists often suggest that a Mom that chooses to stay home and take care of her children is somehow less of a woman, or not as smart as a woman that chooses to work full time.   The reality is that most Mom's are working Mom's anyway so that logic really does not hold water.   When some Feminists burned their bra's in the 60's,  logical thinking also went up in smoke. 

The left wing advocating the Gay Agenda suggests that Gay marriage is the same as marriage between a man and a woman.   While Gay Partnerships may be acceptable in a modern society, they can never be the same as marriage between a man and a woman for obvious biological and religious reasons.   Well dah!  And,  only time will tell how Gay parents influence the upbringing of children.  Certainly, two loving parents in a committed relationship are good regardless of sexual orientation; but questions arise related to the long term impact on children.  

Hollywood often portrays traditional families as dysfunctional.   And instead portrays all sorts of alternative life styles as normal.  This is no accident.   The fact is that there are millions of church going, traditional families in the United States that are the backbone of our country; but you won't see that on TV, or in the movies because it is not in keeping with the left wing effort to destroy the traditional family.  

100 years of Socialist creep has helped destroy the family in our country.   Socialists see government taking the place of parents.   This is one reason Socialists oppose School Choice that would allow parents to choose where their kids go to school rather than attend public schools.   Socialists want American kids in public schools both to support their teacher union contributors; but also to provide left wing indoctrination.  

Welfare since World War II has destroyed the Black family as 7 out of 10 Black babies are born to single parents out of wedlock.   4 out of 10 white babies are born out of wedlock as well, which is not good either.   There are now more than 45 million Americans on Food Stamps, which is up because of Obama's Recession/Depression.   But even before the financial collapse, there were millions of Americans on Food Stamps, Welfare and Medicaid.   Socialists have created the entitlement society, rather than support the traditional family because it is their ticket to power.   Socialists want more people dependent on government and generally that does not occur if the traditional family is in tact. 

However, the most outrageous attack on the family happened when abortion on demand was legalized by the Supreme Court in Roe V Wade in 1973.   Since then more than 50 million innocent babies have been murdered by abortion in the United States.   Planned Parenthood operates 880 abortion mills around the country in what is a billion dollar business.   What is really criminal is that the federal government provides Planned Parenthood hundreds of millions of dollars each year and while none of that money is supposed to go for abortion, it certainly subsidizes Planned Parenthood's overhead.   It is important to note that Socialist President Obama supports unlimited abortion, including partial birth abortion, the most disgusting crime on earth. 

We have to take back our country in 2012 and 2014 to preserve the traditional family, our nation and way of life for the sake of our children and grandchildren.   To do so, we must sweep these Socialists at all levels of government, including President Obama, out of office.   We can do it.   We must finish the job we started in 2010.   We must work to protect the traditional family because it is the foundation of our nation.   And, most important we must protect the sanctity of life because a nation that would intentionally murder innocent babies cannot remain a nation for long.
