Obama's Debt Commission - What A Joke!

Socialist President Obama appointed a debt commission to deal with the $13 Trillion national debt that is growing by the minute. Of late, the members of the Commission; both Republicans and Socialists can't even decide when to tackle the debt let alone how to deal with it. The fact is that this Debt Commission is a joke. Here is the reality of what will come down. The Socialists will insist on tax increases including enactment of a Value Added Tax (VAT) and taxing the so called "rich", who ever they are. The problem is that raising taxes will retard the growth of the economy and actually result in less tax revenues to the government compounding the problem. The Republicans on the Commission will insist on cutting spending instead, well dah!

The only way out of this mess is to cut spending across the board and rein in entitlements. Do we really need to waste money on a Commission to figure this out. Adding Obama's HealthScare Plan, a new Socialist Scheme and entitlement program, to this mix at this time made about as much sense as Obama's Trillion dollar SwindleUS Plan that has been a complete failure related to creating jobs. It is virtually impossible for politicians to cut government deficit spending. Just this week unemployment benefits have been extended by another $35 Billion without paying for it. So the federal government will either borrow the money, or print more money to pay for this new expense line.

The only way out is a Balanced Budget Constitutional Amendment that requires a balanced budget unless there is a formal declaration of war, or otherwise a national emergency ratified by 3/4's of the states to prevent shenanigans. And, a Constitutional Amendment will not happen if left to the politicians in Washington. To make it happen, the states will have to call a Constitutional Convention as prescribed by the Constitution. While they are at it, they can throw in Term Limits for the US Senate and House of Representatives to help end the corruption in Washington.

President Obama and the Socialists who control Congress are bankrupting our country, which is another reason we must elect Conservatives who support free market capitalism, limited government, lower taxes and less regulation, a balanced budget, term limits, a strong national defense including securing our border and fighting Terrorism, real energy independence and health care reform, the right to bear arms, the sanctity of life and family values. This is the winning platform.

Most important, we must elect Conservatives who support the Constitution, as written by our Founding Fathers, not as contrived by the left wing media, Socialists Obama, Reid, Pelosi, former Presidents, Congresses, or the Courts. We must take back our country by sweeping the Socialists out of office in 2010 and 2012 to prevent the bankruptcy of the United States. We can do it. We must do it to preserve our freedoms and for the sake of our children and grandchildren.
