Dictatorship Coming to the US - States in Revolt

The Socialist that control the Congress are intent on transferring to the Executive Branch of the Government, basically Socialist President Obama, the authority to make the rules concerning HealthScare, CAP & TAX, Financial Regulations and Immigration Enforcement. While the Congress is passing laws that will impact every single American, they are leaving to the President the "how" related to those laws. In doing so, there is an unprecedented transfer of power from the people, presumably represented by elected representatives, such as they are, to the President. This is an extremely dangerous precedent that must be stopped because it will lead to dictatorship in the United States with little or no checks and balances.

Many states are already in open revolt against the Obama Administration and all of their Socialist Schemes to "transform America" into a Socialist nation like nothing seen before. The Attorneys General in more than 20 states have filed lawsuits to bring down Obama's HealthScare Plan. The state of Arizona is attempting to deal with the illegal alien problem because Obama refuses to secure our border. Now the states of Texas, Rhode Island, Utah and Georgia are considering similar legislation and more will follow. Some states are also considering litigation against the federal government related to the illegal alien issue because Obama's failure to secure our borders is creating an unfunded mandate that is bankrupting the states.

We are getting close to a judicial civil war in the United States as various states are exercising their 10th Amendment rights to stand up and JUST SAY HELL NO. And, WE THE PEOPLE continue to organize as part of the Tea Party Movement to stop Obama's deficit spending that is bankrupting our country. In my life time, with the exception of the Viet Nam War, which involved protests in the streets, we have never seen the national uproar that is occurring today because Obama is attempting to impose his Socialist Schemes on the American people.

And, at a time when we should be cutting taxes to create jobs, Obama and the Socialists who control Congress are planning on raising taxes, which will lead to high unemployment for years to come. And further, cheap energy has always been a goal in the United States as the basis for prosperity and a higher standard of living than exists in other countries; but Obama wants to raise energy cost for all by passing CAP & TAX, which will not only be a job killer bill, it will result in a lower standard of living for all Americans.

We must take back our country in 2010 and 2012 by electing Conservatives who support free market capitalism, limited government, lower taxes and less regulation, term limits, a balanced budget, a strong national defense, real energy independence and health care reform, the sanctity of life and family values. Most important, we must elect Conservatives who support the Constitution, as written by our Founding Fathers, not as contrived by our current Socialist President, former Presidents, Congresses, or the Courts. This is the winning platform. We can take back our country in 2010 and 2012 to effectively end the Obama Presidency. We can do it. We must do it for the sake of our children and grandchildren.
