Obama Screws Senior Citizens

Socialist President Obama cut more than $700 Billion from Medicare to pay for ObamaCare to provide coverage for 30 million of his PEEP's.  In essence, Senior Citizens will be paying to provide insurance for the younger uninsured.   The end result is lower payments for hospitals and doctors so much so that doctors will refuse to take Medicare patients, which will lead to rationing of care for Senior Citizens.   It is already happening as each year Congress must enact the "Doc Fix" to put monies back into Medicare payments so as to avoid even more Doctors turning down Medicare patients. 

But it gets worse, 22 million Senior Citizens will soon lose their Medicare Advantage HMO programs, which currently cost them little or nothing.   Those letters would have started to go out now; but to avoid it happening before the election, Obama is giving the insurance companies an $8 Billion bonus this year to avoid those letters happening now informing these Senior Citizens that they will have to pay a premium to keep their Medicare Advantage Programs.  

Seniors that opted for Medicare Advantage did so because they can't afford to buy Medigap insurance for $300 - $500 a month, sold by insurance brokers like AARP, the American Association of Retired Persons, that supported ObamaCare because they stood to make millions in commissions, potentially if Medicare Advantage is ended.   Of course, this assumes that these lower income Senior Citizens can afford to buy Medigap Insurance, which is doubtful. 

Congressman Darryl Issa has requested documents concerning this $8 Billion pay-off from Obama's Secretary of Health and Human Services Sibelius, who is stone walling.   Issa is now threatening a subpoena to get the information.   Just wait, Obama will claim Executive Privilege just like he did with the Fast and Furious Scandal that resulted in the sale of guns to Mexican drug lords. 

Since ObamaCare was enacted, though Obama promised us that family insurance premiums would go down by $2,500 a year, they have instead gone up by $2,500 a year.   This should be no surprise to anyone since all the mandates in ObamaCare and "free" services come at a cost.   It also now estimated that 20 million Americans will lose their company sponsored medical insurance because of ObamaCare as companies will just pay the $2,000 fine and tell employees to turn to the government program.   It is already happening. 

ObamaCare will not only contribute to the bankruptcy of our country, it will result in much higher cost for medical insurance for those that are currently insured.  Our only hope of getting rid of ObamaCare is making Obama a one term President in 2012 and gaining Republican control of both Houses of Congress. 

We have to take back our country for many reasons, one of the most important of which is the repeal of ObamaCare.   We have to get our country back on track; but it will only happen if Mitt Romney is elected the next President of the United States.   Romney will restore respect for our country around the world, economic growth and job creation again in our country.  

We have to make Obama a one term President.   We can do it.   We must do it to preserve our freedom, our nation and way of life for the sake of our Senior Citizens, children and grandchildren.   Obama is screwing our Senior Citizens.   It has to stop.
