Socialist President Obama's economic policies have resulted in slow growth, if any, high unemployment and increased foreclosures as many have lost their homes. Now Obamanistas are floating an idea for the government to take over direct lending to people with poor credit scores to "revive" the housing market. To do it, the government would have to take over Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Wait a minute, wasn't providing mortgages to people that could not afford to pay them the origin of the financial crisis in the first place. And, to go one step further, Obamanistas are now talking about having the federal government take over foreclosed properties to hold and lease them.
Isn't it bad enough that there are government projects around the country that are slums. Now Obama wants to turn more housing into slums, in the middle of nice neighborhoods, which will be the likely outcome of a government take over of foreclosed properties. This is not just Socialism, it is Communism if the government becomes a national landlord. Once these homes become government property, they will be rent controlled and never be sold to private owners again. Socialist President Obama continues to show his Communist red colors. In the old Soviet Union, all homes were owned by the government. The same was true in Communist China years ago and now there is a mix of private property and government owned homes.
This crazy plan is all about making more people dependent on the federal government to create more voters for Socialist candidates. Obama is desperate to win re-election. The only way Obama can do it is to add to his PEEP's, those that pay no income taxes at all, those on the dole, illegal aliens, government and other union employees and favored companies that donate to Socialist campaign. Now Obama wants to add millions of Americans living in government housing to make them his PEEP's at our expense.
We can't let any of this happen. Sadly, the housing market must adjust to painful reality. Falling prices will allow young people, with good jobs and incomes, to buy homes that they could have never have afforded before. When ever government intrudes to "solve" a problem, it distorts the market and makes matters worse. We cannot allow Obama to turn our country into a Communist nation where government is the largest landlord in the US. That is exactly what will happen if this crazy Socialist Scheme is allowed to go forward. Perhaps, this was always part of Obama's Plan to "transform" our nation into a Socialist country. It sure looks like it.
This proves once again that we must take back our country in 2012 and 2014 by sweeping these Socialists, including President Obama, out of office. Obama is bankrupting our country. And now, Obama has shown his true color and it is RED and I don't mean the Red as in Red states. I mean Red as in Communism. This Housing Scheme is pure Communism. We have to say HELL NO to Obama's Socialist and maybe even Communist Schemes. We must take back our country to preserve our freedom, our nation and way of life for the sake of our children and grandchildren. We can do it. We must do it in 2012 and 2014. We must make Obama, this Socialist, a one term President to end his failed policies once and for all.
