Republican's Pledge To America

It appears that establishment Republicans, driven by Conservative Young Guns in the Republican Party and the Tea Party Movement have gotten the message as reflected in their Pledge to America; the Republican Party's election year manifesto. This 21 page document spells out what the Republican Party will do if they regain the Congress in 2010 and eventually the Presidency in 2012. And, it looks good. The Republican Party finally gets it.

This Conservative Agenda is a direct response to President Obama's Socialist Schemes, which have been rejected by the majority of the American people. The Republican Party is now firmly committed to free market capitalism, limited Constitutional government, cutting federal spending to achieve a balanced budget, lower taxes and less regulation, extending or making permanent the Bush tax cuts, eliminating the TARP bail out program, repealing Obama's HealthScare Plan, a strong national defense including securing our border and fighting Terrorism and government reform and transparency. Further, the Republican Party is advancing a pro-growth policy that will result in job creation to otherwise avoid high unemployment for years to come. We still need to see a commitment to Term Limits and Constitutional limits on taxing authority, a balance budget and citizenship rights; but those will come as WE THE PEOPLE exercise our power.

The Republican Party has put forth a winning platform supported by the majority of the American people and it is the only way we will restore economic growth and job creation in the United States. The left wing media and the Socialists in power are already screaming because it means less pork for their PEEP's; but if we don't follow the course of action proposed by the Republican Party and continue on a course of deficit spending adding to our national debt, it will lead to the economic collapse of the United States and resultant chaos. We can let that happen. We won't let that happen.

In 2010 and 2012, we must take back our country by electing staunch Conservatives who support this Pledge to America. We can do it. We must do it to preserve our freedoms, our nation and way of life and for the sake of our children and grandchildren. In essence, we must end the Obama Presidency sooner than later to save our nation. While politicians typically proclaim each election as the most important in American history, given that Obama is a clear and present danger to our nation, 2010 and 2012 really are the most important elections to date in American history. Wake up America, our nation is at stake. As our soldiers fight for freedom overseas, we must fight for freedom within our nation. Remember in November.
