Senator Harry Reid - Bankrupting Social Security and Medicare

Socialist Senator Dirty Harry Reid and others like him have bankrupted Social Security and Medicare. Reid has been raiding Social Security and Medicare contributions for the last 24 years to pay for all his big government spending on various Socialist Schemes. So much so that the money paid in by baby boomers for their pensions and health care benefits will not be there to provide for their retirements. As a result, one would think that Dirty Harry would keep his mouth shut related to Social Security and Medicare; yet the Reid campaign is running commercials and sending out mailers in Nevada saying that Sharron Angle, the Republican US Senate candidate running against Reid, favors the elimination of Social Security and Medicare. This is simply not true.

Angle, as the mainstream candidate in the race, has said that while those receiving Social Security and Medicare and other older Americans approaching Social Security and Medicare should be protected related to their benefits, that younger people should be given options related to private pension accounts. As some one in the older age category, I only wish I had been given that option 20 or more years ago. Angle is offering a common sense solution to the funding of Social Security and Medicare, which if the current trajectory is allowed to continue, will go bankrupt just like the Post Office, Amtrac, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. As such, in spewing this misinformation, Senator Dirty Harry Reid is simply a LIAR; but then that should be no surprise to anyone. Reid is not called Dirty Harry for nothing.

Reid lied about Obama's SwindleUS Plan that was supposed to create jobs and maintain unemployment at no more than 8%. Reid absolutely lied about Obama's HealthScare Plan as he rammed it through Congress. HealthScare will not result in lower cost or premiums for most Americans and instead will result in higher premiums and taxes, rationing of medical care and cuts in Medicare benefits for Seniors. And, Senator Dirty Harry Reid is now lying about Obama's CAP and TAX Plan that will result in higher gas and utility costs for all and kills millions of jobs in the United States. Given Harry Reid's record of lying to the American people, why would anyone believe what Reid says about Sharron Angle as he desperately attempts to win reelection to his fifth term in office.

Senator Dirty Harry Reid has voted for federal budgets in the last 24 years that have resulted in a $13 Trillion Debt for the United States. If Reid worked for a publicly traded company, given all the smoke and mirrors with government accounting, Reid would be in JAIL not in the US Senate. And this is the tip of the iceberg. There is another $45 Trillion dollars of unfunded liability sitting out there needed to pay for promised Social Security and Medicare benefits to baby boomers. Reid worked with others in Congress to steal all of that money and spend it to buy votes. There is NO SOCIAL SECURITY LOCK BOX, only federal IOU's signed by members of Congress like Senator Dirty Harry Reid of Nevada.

It is time for Harry Reid, who has gotten rich while in office, to head off into the sunset to that hell hole he calls home in Searchlight, Nevada and or if once thrown out of office Reid can still afford to live at the Ritz Carlton in Washington DC, more power to him. The people of Nevada need to elect Sharron Angle to the US Senate. Angle supports free market capitalism, limited government, lower taxes and less regulation, a balanced budget, real energy independence and health care reform, a strong national defense including securing our borders and fighting Terrorism, the right to bear arms, the sanctity of life and family values. Most important, Sharron Angle supports the US Constitution, as written by our Founding Fathers, not as contrived by Socialists Obama, Reid, Pelosi, former Presidents, Congresses, or the Courts. Sharron Angle will work to make sure that there is Social Security and Medicare for future generations. We need to take back our country in 2010 and 2012. We can start by sending Senator Dirty Harry Reid into retirement. We can do it. We must do it for the sake of our children and grandchildren.
