Senator Barbara Boxer - A Show About Nothing

Socialist Senator Barbara Boxer of California, running for reelection, is so incompetent that the left wing San Francisco Chronicle, her home town newspaper, refused to endorse her saying that Boxer has had an "undistinguished 28 year career in Congress". That is an under statement. Boxer could have been a Seinfeld episode because she is truly a show about nothing. In fact, Senator Boxer is so left wing and extreme that she has been unable to work with others in Congress, even in her own party, to get any of her Socialist Schemes enacted into law. I guess that is the good news. However, what Barbara Boxer has done consistently is vote for bigger government, higher taxes, more regulations and less freedom for the American people. Boxer is the ultimate Tax and Spend Socialist.

And, even though Boxer loves federal regulations, she did nothing to regulate Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to prevent the sub prime mortgages that were the basis of the financial crisis that has led to foreclosures, bankrupcies and unemployment in California and all over the nation. That was the case because Boxer, like most Socialists, were on the take receiving millions of dollars in campaign contributions, over the years, from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Senator Barbara Boxer is one of those Socialist Senators who should be in jail, rather than in Congress, for what they have done to the American people and the United States. Barbara Boxer is a renowned job killer and as such is responsible for the nearly 13% unemployment in California; the second highest in the nation.

While Senator Barbara Boxer has accomplished nothing in her 28 years in Congress, her Republican opponent, Carly Fiorina is a brilliant woman who holds a BA Degree in History from Stanford, an MBA from the University of Maryland and a second Master's degree from the MIT School of Management. More important, Fiorina, who started as a secretary, rose to become a senior manager at AT & T and Lucent from 1980 - 99. After which, Fiorina was tapped to be the CEO of Hewlett-Packard in 1999 to serve as the first woman of a Fortune 20 company until 2005. Carly Fiorina understands the global economy and she knows how to create jobs since she built Hewlett Packard into the largest technology company in the world.

Carly Fiorina is a common sense Conservative who believes in free market capitalism, limited government, lower taxes and less regulation, a balanced budget, term limits, real energy independence and health care reform, a strong national defense, including securing our border and fighting Terrorism, the right to bear arms, the sanctity of life and family values. This is the winning platform supported by the American people and the only way to restore economic growth and jobs in America. Barbara Boxer is opposed to all of these concepts.

Since Senator Barbara Boxer has no record of accomplishment and she is such a left wing Socialist, Boxer is back to her old dirty tricks. Boxer supports unrestricted abortion, even partial birth abortion, so of course she is attempting to use her radical position against Fiorina, who is pro-life, to bring out the left wing vote. This is nothing new. Boxer has done this in every campaign she has ever waged. The problem this time this election is about JOBS, JOBS, JOBS.

Barbara Boxer is part of the Socialist establishment in California that has driven companies and jobs out of California. Senator Barbara Boxer is an environmental wacko who has denied water to the central valley of California, the nation's fruit basket, to protect the Sacramento Delta Smelt, so much so that thousands of acres have been allowed to go barren. The central valley is becoming a dust bowl. This has cost thousands of jobs in California and has also raised the price of fruits and vegetables, which now must be imported from other countries. This is crazy.

The Senate race in California appears to be a toss up. If the people of California reelect incompetent Barbara Boxer, they clearly deserve the unemployment and bankruptcy that is surely coming to California. Instead, smart Californians will act to take back our country by sweeping Socialists like Barbara Boxer out of office in 2010 and 2012 and electing Conservatives that support the Constitution, as written by our Founding Fathers, not as contrived by the left wing media, Socialists Obama, Reid, Pelosi, Boxer, former Presidents, Congresses, or the Courts. We will take back our country in 2010 and 2012 to roll back 97 years of Socialist creep. We can do it. We will do it to preserve our freedoms, our nation and our way of life and for the sake of our children and grandchildren.
