Federal Judges and Socialist Creep

Socialist President Bill Clinton appointed George Caram Steeh to the Federal bench in Michigan in 1998. Fast forward to 2010 when Socialist Judge George Caram Steeh just ruled against a Christian group that was challenging the Constitutionality of Obama's HealthScare Scheme. Judge Steeh, like other Socialist judges before him, applied the Commerce Clause of the US Constitution liberally to rule that mandating Americans to buy health insurance is Constitutional. The fact is that Socialist judges have been using the Commerce Clause to justify Socialist creep for 97 years. WE THE PEOPLE must stand up and just say HELL NO.

The battle is not over as there will be appeals that ultimately land at the Supreme Court. And, this ruling has no impact on other cases filed around the country by 20 state Attorney Generals to strike down ObamaCare; but once again this shows that Socialist Presidents appoint left wing Socialist judges that continue to disregard the intent of our Founding Fathers that constructed the Constitution to limit federal government power, not extend into every aspect of daily life.

The appointment of judges is one more reason we must take back our country by electing Conservatives in 2010 and 2012 who support free market capitalism, limited government, lower taxes and less regulation, a balanced budget, term limits, real energy independence and health care reform, a strong national defense, including securing our border and fighting Terrorism, the right to bear arms, the sanctity of life and family values. This is the winning platform supported by the majority of the American people and the only way to restore economic growth and job creation in America.

Most important, we must effectively end the Obama Presidency in 2010 and finally in 2012 to prevent any more Socialist judge appointments, by electing Conservatives who support the Constitution, as written by our Founding Fathers, not as contrived by the left wing media, Socialists Obama, Reid, Pelosi, former Presidents, Congresses, or the Courts. We must take back our country in 2010 and 2012 and make it clear to Republicans that their job is to vote against Socialist judge appointments. We can do it. We must do it preserve our freedoms, our nation and way of life and for the sake of our children and grandchildren.
