Obamanistas & The Rule Of Law

The foundation of any democracy is the rule of law.   Our Founding Fathers set up the three co-equal branches of the federal government to prevent an abuse of power through checks and balances that were intentional.  Over the years, Presidents have assumed more and more power until today when Socialist President Pinocchio Obama has become a quasi dictator using Executive Orders in complete disregard of the law.   We are on very dangerous ground.  Recently, Obama's Liar Attorney General Eric Holder advised State Attorney Generals to ignore the laws of their states if they simply thought the laws were unconstitutional.  Obamanistas may think that this the basis for our democracy; but that is not how it is all supposed to work. 

Problem is that Obamanistas do not recognize the Constitution, as written by our Founding Fathers, as the law of the land.  Obama and his Attorney General have refused to execute laws on the books that they disagree with even though there has been no change from Congress, or the Courts.   This has happened related to Federal Appointments without required Congressional Approval,  Immigration laws that are being ignored, EPA Regulations that are not part of the Clean Air Act, IRS targeting of Conservatives and religious groups and at least 30 changes and waivers to ObamaCare, without an act of Congress.  If Obama was a Republican President doing all of these things, you can bet that the lame stream, left wing media and the Socialists in government would be screaming for Obama's Impeachment.

The fact that Obama is our first Black President does not give him the right to ignore the Constitution and the laws of the land.   The dictatorial precedents that are being set will be used by another President in the future as justification for additional abuse of power.   Americans of all political parties, wake up.   Socialist President Obama is a clear and present danger to our freedom and our nation.   WE THE PEOPLE must stand up and say NO MORE at the polls in 2014 and 2016.   We must throw these Socialist bums out of office that would condone this abuse of power.
